3.Hunan Kaida Real estate development co., Ltd. regularly dispatch officials to the customer place every year to carry on visits. Examine the instrument usage detailed situation and service the instrument which cannot use.

4.When the user service information feeds back to our company, customer will immediately obtain the answers. And we will dispatch officials to the user place to carry on the post-sale service within 24 hours.

5.The product has easily to damage (not to affect in normal work situation), Factory will provides vulnerable element for the user replacement.

6.In sub-subcontract of times, if the product cannot working in order, user can possible to our company post-sale service stations nearby or directly relates with our company to carry on service or replacement, all expenses are responsible by our company.
